Came to Kotsu expecting great Ramen, this is what they served me, I still tried it and it tasted great, I ordered the flame it was a 5 out of 5, the service was kinda slow but overall had a great experience, will be coming back.

On a random cold day I always want some tasty ramen! Since I work in the area I thought I'd try out Kotsu, where some of my coworkers say it's really good, so I gave it a shot. I ordered the creamy vegan flame which was tasty and spicy! It was really good, a nice flavorful broth with veggies but the tofu needed to be more flavorful. I also ordered the kotsu cashu rice bowl, which I must say was nasty! It had plenty of yummy looking things like pickled ginger, green onions and furikake but it had no flavor! I thought it should have had an aoli on it, but mine didn't. The bowl was a big fail! So that's a no go! The place is set in a walk way so you might miss it if you don't know and inside it seems large enough to sit and enjoy. The waiter was friendly and took care of me quickly, which I appreciate given I only get a 30 minute lunch. Anyway, try out the ramen! It's pretty tasty! Enjoy!!
